Shulb came to Narlmarch seeking the Raven Lord. In a vision from the goddess Pharasma herself, the young priestess saw that the newest ruler in the River Kingdoms would stretch out his great black wings and bring death to the land. She felt drawn to see this man.
Shulb has blossomed during her time with Yorick. Her powers have grown, and she seems even closer to the Dark Goddess.
